Nicholas A. Petrucci, P.E., C.S.P. has over 30 years of engineering experience, has been practicing Forensic Engineering for 20 years, and has been a member of the engineering faculty at a major university for more than 10 years. His sound understanding of mechanical engineering principles, coupled with his industry experience, has enabled him to successfully analyze numerous failures from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
He earned a B.S., Cum Laude, in Marine Engineering Systems at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A., Finance Emphasis, at Webster University. He also earned a Certificate in Forensic Science and Law at Duquesne University.
Mr. Petrucci is registered as a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Ohio and West Virginia, and holds an NCEES Record. He is a Board Certified Diplomate Forensic Engineer and a Board Certified Safety Professional.
Mr. Petrucci specializes in analyzing equipment, machinery and mechanical component failures; and machine safeguarding.
